Welcome
Welcome to Havering Council's webcasting pages
A webcast is a video you can watch over the Internet. Webcasts can be viewed live or at a later date.
Not everyone can get to a council meeting they are interested in. Webcasting allows you to watch the meeting live on the Internet, or after the meeting has taken place.
Viewing a webcast live or through the webcast archive, is simple - all you need is Microsoft Windows Media Player or Real Player, both of which can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet - then you can view live and older meetings from the comfort of your own home.
We are currently webcasting key meetings including the Cabinet and Full Council.
